Honey Sambal Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Chabé Sambal Chili Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2  tsp fresh minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, sambal, honey, lemon, & garlic.
  2. Slowly drizzle the oil into the mixture while whisking well.
  3. Refrigerate and store vinaigrette for up to 14 days.

For a simple salad:

  1. Combine baby spinach salad mix, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, & feta cheese crumbles.
  2. Top with Honey Sambal Vinaigrette and enjoy!
